Message and data rates may apply. Any charges for text messages are determined by your mobile carrier and your wireless plan. DigestHeal is not responsible for any messaging or data fees charged by your carrier.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will receive one SMS response for each message you send to the service. No unsolicited messages will be sent. You will only receive messages in direct response to your requests.
Opt-In
By texting our service number, you consent to receive SMS responses from the DigestHeal SMS Calendar Assistant. You may also opt in by texting START to our service number.
Opt-Out
